Default electrical box under driverside frame raiL?

i got a 98 Z28, trying to make some space for a filter on my turbo setup, theres a box under the frame rail on the driverside, makes me think its for the traction control . if so. how do i get rid of it . and what cable do i buy to make my throttle body 100% manual with no trac control ( removed it anyways)

Default

thats the cruise box. easy to remove. unbolt and remove the cable. u will need a cable from a non-TCS Fbod car to completely delete TCS. cable will run from pedal directly to the TB
