Question arp head stud / arp head bolt kit

What is the difference? are they both used or just one?
planning on installing new heads.
I hope I don't get to much crap for asking this

One is a complete set of studs for both heads and the other is a set of bolts for both heads.

One or the other, don't mix studs with bolts.

so which are better to use? studs or bolts.
going on 02 LS1, heads, cam, intake and maybe a procharger.

If a procharger is in the future go with the studs.
