New to Forum...Need Some Help PLZ..

Hi there, i need your help with this camshaft i just got for my 08 Chevy Avalanche 5.3 Specs: Lift .630/.644 Duration 215/231 Lobe 118 and i got me a Patriot Gold .650" kit but do i need to get hardened push rods?

Yes you will need hardened push rod with a stiffer valve spring. Also that cam is hudge for a 5.3l engine.

That is a little big for that truck in my opinion also if it's going to be a daily driver. But yes, you would need hardened pushrods for sure.
