Default 160 Thermostat?

I was just wanting to get some advise on if I should get a 160 degree thermostat or not? My mods are in my sig. Plus I will be doing new wheels with drag radials and 4.10's in a week. Should get the coolant flushed while I'm at it also?

I run a 160* from march thru October here and 185* the rest of the year. The oil really needs to see 190* temps to work best and the hotter t-stat assures that in winter. I was seeing excessive temps in summer wth the stock radiator around here so I did the stat/radiator/fan programming all at once and now am OK idling + hot weater+ A/C.....
