Default another newbee question

So i'm planning to go with Hooker LT's headers or QTP LT's on my 2000 camaro but i noticed that the collectors are diffrent n size. Hooker advertises 3inch collectors and QTP adver. 2.5 collectors...does this make a diffrence with flow or hp or anything at all?

What QTP's are you looking at? All that I've seen have 3" collectors. If you don't see them just look somewhere else, they do make them.

Yeah same here. I would go with QTP. I hear fitment and qualitly is a lot better. I think I will probably go for them if and when I get headers because of the price.

you get what you pay for, and QTP is one of the best. there def should be a 3 inch collector.

I had to send a set of QTP's back to WS6 store because of Q control issues and got the first set of ARH WS6 store sold. Search external and you will find some sets are perfect and some have bad welds like mine. Mine had one set I could see light through and were dinged up like they had been put on and returned.

WS6 store was great to deal with and they were drop shipped from QTP so no fault of theirs

my bad i was looking at the wrong headers...but they didn't say much about the colletors other than that it's a high velocity collector...the price is high i think thats why hooker caught my eye...are there any shops that sell qtp's with a decent price?

If you want decent headers you are going to have to fork over decent money (unfortunately). don't waist your money on cheap ones... It will end up not being worth it... Trust me my freind had some hookers in his 95z and they were ****! thats my opinion anyway.

Just noticed what I wrote sounded kinda funny...
