LQ4 6.0l question

Is there any difference between the LQ4 that came in the Yukon or the one that comes in the 2500 trucks?

Also, what year did they start making them with aluminum heads?

About 2000-2001 started with the Aluminum Heads. I don't think the Yukons are different, the newer Denali's have the 6.2l I believe..
