3 or 4 Channel ABS for New Rear??

I just purchased a 99 Z-28 M6 and want to begin some work on it. Learned a long time ago it really is best to start at back of car and work forward.
Looking at Moser 12 bolt or 9 inch and options list lists 3 or 4 channel ABS. Can somene confirm that a car with traction control is 4 channel? Also, should I pull old reluctor wheels out of current rear or have installed by manufacturer.
I'm leaning toward 12 bolt as one in my 69 has survived many years with N2O BBC with 4 speed. The 99 is currently stock but won't be for long, debating H/C versus Procharger.

Thanks for confirmation on 4 channel ABS.
I am new to 4th gen but not a young guy (50). Purchased a clean, low mile 99 to serve as fun daily driver - tired of driving econo-boxes to work. I have been doing a lot of research on ls1tech and find a lot of good info and a little BS.
Can you let me know why a Gen 4 would be tougher on 12 bolt as opposed to Gen 1?
My 69 is a dinasour, put together with "good" parts available in 70's (512 block, 840 heads, solid cam etc.) My goal is to assemble a Gen 4 that has similar performance, mid to high 11 second range without N20, but can be driven daily and still get 25 mpg on highway commute with AC running. Based on what I have read here, this appears achievable with stock short block.

Get a 9"...it's pretty much the same price...
Also, mid to high 11s is easy with these cars...
