Default manifold install have a few?

Do you use any gasket sealant on the bottom of the manifold, and is there any lubricant that should be used on the injector o-rings? Anything needed on the coolant lines and plugs. Thanks trying to keep it down to 1 trip to the parts store . Thanks

Assuming you mean intake manifold, the gaskets are reusable (at least on 99+), however when I put my intake manifold back on I put a little bit of high temp RTV sealant around the intake openings on the heads just to ensure a good seal...

The coolant lines won't need anything, just reuse the gaskets on them.

When I put my injectors in I didn't use any lubricant, just make sure they go in straight, the o-rings are in a recess so should not come out

The RTV on the bottom of the intake manifold was just an extra precaution I did... but it's not necessary, the stock gaskets should seal just fine (if your heads are milled at all though the RTV would probably be a good idea)
