Default Help what is my problem?

Here is my problem: My car idles rough now it hovers between 1000 rpms and 400 rpms. It especially has this problem when it starts and when I just get off the gas and its coming back down. It will sometimes die on my also especially when its just started.
I am throwing these codes:
P0102 Mass Air Flow Sensor Circuit Low Frequency
P0135 HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0155 HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0803 1-4 upshift (skipshift) Solenoid Control Circuit

I'm not worried about the last 3 because I'm pretty sure I can just delete those. I've already tried swapping out the MAF and the fuel filter so I've hit the limit of my experience.
Any help is appreciated. My mods are below
Thanks,
Matt

Are you using O2 sims? And if so, are they plugged into the BACK harnesses? Plugging them into the fronts will cause erratic idle and all kinds of other A/F mischief.

nothing was done right before. I did the cam, LT, and tuning back in May and it was fine till about Sept and this just started and got progressively worse.

This is just another guess. Are you storing any pending codes? I'm wondering about the Throttle Position Sensor now. Any other erratic acceleration problems? Does this happen when the car is cold or just hot? Hmmmmm.

If you have a diagnostic software program, like Autotap, you can scan the computer to see what codes are pending but haven't set off the SES light. Just wondering about them.
