Wyoming not sure if this is the place for this question but does anyone know if there are any kind and i do mean any kind of vehicle emissions,visual inspec of a car in Wyoming? specifically Cheyenne??

I strongly doubit it, why are you asking, you live in VA, correct? They will probally look for cats but you can take them off right after the inspection. Good Luck
