Default power Steering fluid in my coolant???

Hey Everyone. Ive had my SS for about 6 mos now, n Im havin some power steering trouble. The pump started whining n binding so i replaced it. It lasted about a week n the trouble started again. I replaced all the fluid n bled the system n it was ok for a month or so and now i noticed a puddle on the pass side in front of the wheel. After goin over the car i found ps fluid mixed with coolant and it was coming out of the overflow bottle. I havent had a chance to really go over it yet. How is this possible?? I appreciate all the help I can get
