The old man spun a bearing and the crank may not be salvagable. Its a 06 GTO LS2. Does anyone know if an LS1 crank will work or know of a crank that will?

If i remember correctly the 06 LS2 gto's use the newer relucter wheel setup, where as if it were a 05 LS2 gto it would use the older (ls1) style relucter wheel. So no, I do not believe you can use a 06+ LS2 crank in an older LS1 engine. (unless you changed over the cam/crank sensors/ecu etc...)

sorry, I just reread it, take what I said and reverse it. You need a crank from an 06 and newer LS2. The relucter wheel on the crank for the crank sensor is why you can not.
