Default ls1 intake on 5.3

in addition to the ls1 intake what else do you need for the swap to work?

Fuel rails need to be changed from the truck fuel rails. You will need a car water pump as well if I'm thinking correctly. The truck pump has the outlet coming out of the top. Other than that, it should be pretty much the same.

If you change the Water Pump you will need to change the rest of the Accessories to match.

I just did this.

You will need the car fuel rails, car injector, change the injector plugs to EV1 style (if you're using a truck harness)

you may need to modify/change your steam vent depending on the year of your 5.3,

you will need to change to car accessories or change water pump pully and move/modify the outlet, and reroute the PCV system.

You may also need the intake bolts that go with the LS1/6 intake.

Also, be sure to either modify the clips on your MAP sensor because the truck one attaches differently or buy a cap MAP sensor.
