If you keep your eyes on the parts classifieds you will see some good parts bargains. In reality a good set of heads say Trickflow 205's, 228 232 cam,timing chain,pushrods,gaskets, good headers, ls6 intake or fast 90/92 and tb , new injectors,fuel pump and rod bolts will see you make good rwhp without busting your bank. It will be tough and still maintain DD duties fine, stepping above this will start to get excy and $$ per rwhp starts to diminish. The above will set you back around 7k with a tune leaving $$ left over for clutch and diff upgrade.

Or buy a built long motor from TSP and sell what you have in the car allready.

My guy is here in Australia so no good asking me it's just that I see TSP doing lots of these motors with good results. There are other board sponsors here that do the same and with similar results as well I expect.

Check em out and give one a ring thats close to you the kind of coin you want to spend will get you a good long motor that will make good power.
