just port your stock throttle body, don't worry about aftermarket until you get a fast intake

Get a tune after you buy headers and a cam. Its pointless to tune it now. Waste of money and time.

And I agree with the guy that said to port your existing throttle body.

lol bww3588...

too many people spraying.. stay away from the spray.

i would recommend suspension.
if you're more interested in drag racing than handling, i'd go with an adjustable panhard, lower control arms (with roto joints), lower control arm relocation brackets. if you want the car to be able to take corners and handle speed, i'd suggest strano springs and koni sa shocks, then 35mm front sway bar and something like a 21-22mm rear sway bar.

thanks guys, who can port my stock throttle body ? Anyways i agree getting a tune is a waste until heads and cam and i will probaly start with suspension because if ur spinning most the time ur not winning, What is a good brand to go with ? Ive been looking at UMI and BMR suspension stuff

Stiffer suspension parts just make the car hit the tires harder and breaks them loose easier. Getting the geometry right means something, but if you don't have the tire to hook it, it's not gonna matter. Tires are what you need.

Tuning at your level of mods isn't gonna be much. My 01 A4 gained 7rwhp and 13rwtq from a dyno tune when I had a lid and a catback. You wouldn't notice that. Tuning for simple bolt ons is really only worth it if you have an A4 and can take advantage of the tranny tuning as well or if you need some codes, skip-shift, etc,.. disabled. However, I know a guy in your area that offers good deals and tunes and is pretty good to deal with on retuning future mods. He also has some ported TBs laying around.
