Which of these did someone said had the block off plate for water?

You can make a block of for the SSRA.But IMO is no way that you can suck water in a normal conditions.You have watch for deap waters but you have to do it with both set ups because in this case both suck water with or without water block off plates.
I drove ma car at 80 to90 mph in heavy rain and have no water issues.
