Default LQ4/LM7 build questions

I have a few points on my build I need to work out.

I know I will be using an LQ4 or LM7 block and I am trying to work out what parts I will need to use from a car engine.

I know I'll need:

oilpan
intake man
pulleys and acc
flywheel
bell housing and clutch for t56

I want 350whp and I'm trying to keep the build budget in the neighborhood of 4k and I will probably end up getting a cam and heads especially if I go the
LM7 route.

I just want to achieve my goal as easy as possible and it would be nice to have the extra torque of the 6.0. If I can't find one at a good price then I'll just get the LM7 and build it to meet my goals.

This will be an occasional track car but mainly just something to have fun on the street in.

Can you guys think of anything I am missing for the truck engine in a car swap?

I'm pretty sure the intake will put me there and a cam/heads combo should put me close to 400.
