How do you know So i want to purchase an LS6 intake but i'm a little ify about purchasing from the classifed section i see pictures but no real indication of them being an LS6 intake....Is there a way you can tell the diffrence from an LS1 and LS6 intakes?

This is not foolproof. Corvette LS1 intakes do not have EGR.
There is a way to tell from the ribs on the underside, but I forget exactly what to look for.

No EGR does not assure it's an LS6 for this exact reason.

In case you cant tell from that small pic, the ls6 has a flat underside, the ls1 has a valley in it. Also on the flip side about the EGR, ls6 intakes can have EGR... as SLP did offer an ls6 intake with EGR... tho that is pretty rare id say.
