Default Problems!!!!!

I had my car tuned at a shop I will not mention at the time. They said I had a fuel issue which turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. So to get the car tuned somewhat he ended up pushing my injectors to flow more then 100%. Since then I have replaced the fuel pump and now have great pressure off the schrader valve. So when I mash the gas the tires don't break loose like the used to. My question is since he tuned it the way he did could I be choking out my motor with to much gas in turn actually making less power at low rpm's. As when I get it moving she moves real well like she used to no issues or hesitations yet low end it seems there is no power. Hoping this is the only issue that could be solved with another tune.

yes a retune is needed. cant tune a car right without proper fuel pressure.

this... hopefully you're not beating on it as it is. **you rarely can have a tuner tune your car, you change something dramatically (like your fueling), then it work fine on the same tune**.

I do not beat on my car like that. But the old tune for the problematic fuel pump could be forcing my new one to give way to much fuel I understand that. But all that fuel could be choking my hp numbers and performance terrible correct?

I just didnt know if running extremely rich would hinder performance like that or not.

I am catless. My question was performance oriented as it seems ball less.

Yes running rich will hurt power. Not sure how much you are missing but for an N/A car 12.5-1 is optimal to be safe and make power...
