Q. about slp lid/IAT I ordered an slp lid from lmp this past friday, expecting to get it sometime this week, also purchased the ls6 MAF, and with it the 5wire to 3wire adapter that is needed. My question is, which Idle Air Temperature sensor is the one thats going to work? The one on the MAF Meter, or the one that goes on the lid?
Also is there a proper way on removeing the IAT sensor/grommet from factory lid, over to the slp lid? Thanks in advance.

anyone running a similar setup...
here's what im talking about, in which plug should i connect the air intake temperature sensor pigtail, since i have two, one near the air lid, and the other intergrated in the MAF

Thanks, yea I had read that article a while back, and it does not answer my question completely.
What i want to know is, which IAT sensor is the correct one for reading...or are they both?
Also I had read/or heard something about deleting this code with a tune...how true is this??
