will this fit? was lookin at upgrading to an ls6 intake manifold for my ls1 and i was lookin at getting this 92mm TB and it says it will fit FAST 92mm manifold ls3 intakes and "others" will a ls6 intake manifold be considered "others" dont wanna get it if it wont fit

ight, for P&P of the TB i know u just get a fined grited dremel and just make the inlet bigger and all is there anyway u could **** these up easy or not really? and is there a wrong way to do it that u lose power? might try myself
If you search external there are many pics and IIRC a how to thread. I have also seen a "how too" vid somewhere maybe youtube.....
You do NOT port the area around the blade. If you open it up and it doesn't seal correctly, then you just ruined a TB. Basically you are trying to smooth the area where the air is coming into the TB. Not actually making it bigger.

i was doin some research on it last night and all, do i have to remove the butterfly flap or is it just a good idea? and if u use a dremel and ether a sander bit or something how quick can it or will it eat it away? i wanna do it my self but dont wanna mess my tb up, is it just a take ur time and ur fine or is it real touchy, like soft metal?

I havent done it myself, but with everything you should take your time. People do it all the time around here themselves for a free mod, some see gains, others just report better throttle response. ive never seen data on it back to back. If you are worried about messing it up, there are 2 options:
1-find a write up (theres 1 for almsot anything on this site if you serach good enough)
