You shouldn't have to remove the steering linkage on an LSx car. An LTx car you would have to though.

I installed some on my buddies car wasnt that bad didnt have any fitment issues. I was actually scared how smooth they went in

ok so im doing my header install today,I got the driver said done an move to the passenger *hanging up now on 1 Bolt* and one bolt doesnt seem to want to go in but attempts to start in a angle so im taking its stripped what do i do???

Try a different bolt...its trying to cross-thread.

Try turning the bolt counterclockwise (like you were loosening it) and wait for it to "fall" into the threads - that way, the bolt should be straight and set on the threads right.

With a 1 3/8" adjustable freeze plug.

thanks im going to head down to pepboys an tryn again because itold them i needed a block off plate for an egr port but they looked at me crazy

so ijust put together some sh*t for the momment an ima juss order a block plate no biggie,But for my 1st header install it wasnt that bad took me a about a day and a half...
