O2 low voltage codes, help! having an issue with my truck. will only run right at 1/4 throttle, any more and it chokes itself out? feels like a fuel issue but no signs of problems there. fuel pressure is good, o2's both have 12 volts. runs the best in open loop.seem to think maybe some sensor is out and comp is just not picking it up to throw a code? anybody have this sort of problem? runs fine at idle and just 1/4 to 1/2 throttle
