Spark plugs and wires
Just finished installing my msd 8.5 superconductors and Ngk tr55's. Only took about 4 hours (first time ever doing plugs an wires in a car literally) bandaids are amazing lol. Tried getting the #8 plug from the top for about 20 minutes and finally got fed up and tried from the bottom. Got it all finally and man does the car feel better. Old plugs weren't TOO horribly bad, but they definitely needed it. I'm sure the wires helped too :-)

To be honest, this seems like a feat to me because I have only wrenched on a car in the most minute ways, doing oil, air and fuel filter changes is about the extent of it. So, for me, changing plugs and wires for a first time in this car was pretty gratifying. I think if someone could post a pic next time they do a plug and wire install with the correct angle of the attachment for the last plug I think it would help people a lot. I have probably seen it, I just don't remember lol.

I actually did loosen the coil packs, I just didn't take them all the way out. I just couldn't seem to get the right angle to get the plug to turn. Didn't want to break it so I just decided to go ahead and climb under the car since I already had the jack and jackstands handy.

The 1st time I did my plugs and wires I was expecting the worst. . . . It really wasn't all that bad. About 2 hours, a dozen cat claw like scratches on my arms and enough swearing to make a sailor say WTF, I got mine done. . . . LMAO

I do all 8 from the top.. doesnt take long any more, since ive done it so many times on a few different cars. I pull the coil packs on the pass side, because i got some god damn gorilla arms, and need the room.
The best way i have found to get on all the plugs is to put the spark plug socket on the spark plug, then use the correct socket to fit the hex on the back side of it.
