Default LS1 swap to LS7 or LSX SuperCharged to 800-1200 HP

Hi,
Anyone know if the FBody "Temec" T56 "6-Speed Transmission will take the Torque of a "SuperCharged" (up to) 1200 HP LS7 or LSX Engine?
Can the "T56" be beefed up?
Are there other options (i.e. Transmissions) available?

Thanks,
Brian.

p.s. my computer wo'nt load any pic.'s of my "Bird" to post on this thread, any idea why?

A stock T-56 will shred apart. Even Beefed Up ones I would not trust. IMO the set up is high dollar, high matience.

Most cars have moved on to 4L80e's or even some had to move up to HIGHLY Built up 6L80e's.

Start PM'ing transmission sponsors. As you need professional advice. Your looking at aftermarket setups at this point.

Also to mention what race weight this will go into will also dicate the threshold of what the trans can handle.

Just wanted to get this info in this thread too.

Very modded 6L80e transmissions don't exist. They are junk. There is no aftermarket support for them. All that is available are a few upgraded clutch packs and some small hard parts. *NO ONE* is keeping these things alive. Please don't steer people looking for high horsepower capable transmissions towards 6L80e's

I forgot to to mention the hear say comment, the ones I had seen take the 1k hp was one from LMR and heard Rossler having one stay together but again hear say.

I stick to my original opinion which was a P/G

LS7 and supercharging don't play well together. The walls are thin and tend to crack under boost. That is why the LS9 is a 6.2....
