Default Rattle in bottom

I did my first 5.3 rebuild and I am getting a rattle in the bottom of the motor. I had all of the machine work done and did not have to use any oversized bearings. the motor is completly stock with the exception of headers. Any ideas?

If not the motor, maybe the heat shields? Does the noise get louder when the rpm's increase.

The noise is just at a certain RPM. There are no heat shields on the car or motor.

I'm going to guess then its the motor. Did you snug the windage tray on the block...above the oil pan good? Did you get under the car while it was making the sound? does it seem to come from the oil pan?
