Plastic air deflector (remove ok?)

wow, who dug this up from the dead? 
well, it has been 10 months since i've posted this...and after i put on the SSRA with scoop, i had no choice but to remove the two part plastic air dam.
and after going through Wash DC area summer heat with the AC blasting, i can honestly say that it has not effected my car's cooling...no overheating or even slight overheating. and i clock at least 18-20k miles per year.
