The line lock is not that much man, go check out the sponsors and see what they are asking for. SLP has a nice one as well.

I agree with taqwache, if you start your dump in 2nd you can feather the gas pedal more and it gives you a little more play in the brakes. Plus you can go longer seeing as our first gear is a really quick ratio.

tried the 4k dump today, felt real ruff on the car. but it worked. some chump in a saleen saw me smoking and decided he wanted a piece. i tore him apart. i guess i always thought my car was kinda of slow because i had no traction. but those nittos changed my mine. they hook up so well. I dont know what year the saleen was but it was a new model. it was the first time i just launch with very minimal tire spin. the saleen chump wouldnt even look over when we were at the red light. i was trying to find out what all he was running, i guess alot, just no skills. lol. anyways thanks to all that helped out.

Those crummy Saleen cars suck - most guys are driving the S281 version, which is slower than our cars right out of the box. There is a guy with one in my town - I embarrassed him in front of all his friends.
I just installed the SLP line lock system in my car - it was incredibly easy! Can't wait to heat my drag radials up a bit more this year! Should cure the 60' problem I have... (see sig).
