I bought the bbk ud pulley kit for my 99 trans am mainly for the looks. My question is will I notice any difference? Will I have to change belts , if so what am I looking for. Any help is appreciated.

yes you will have to change the belts because it is an under-driven pulley set and yes you will see improved acceleration and improved revving

You will need a shorter belt. Just tell one the sponsors you have a 25% UD and they will know which one. You may likely get a blank stare from the counter guy if you ask that at one of the chain parts bins..

I doubt you will feel a SOTP difference but yes it frees up a few ponies...
