My ta is a 98, but i am looking to switch out the interior panels (kick, hatch, doors, rear passangers, a-pillars) and maybe the dash. Was curious whats the earliest year I can switch with. I thought you could replace them with 94 and up but wanted to make sure. I noticed the center console is different and wanted to see if anything else was, before I sprung for it!

You can basically swap mostly every interior piece from a 4th gen with the exception of maybe the dash. The dash electronics differ slightly from year to year especially if you're swapping from a LT1 4th gen. car to a LS1 car.

 

The dash, steering wheel, center console and door panels are the only things that vary aside from colors. 94-97 same interior, 98-02 same interior except for color hues.

 

o alright so just so I understood you right I can swap a 94's rear passenger panels, kick panels and hatch panels into my 98 with no difference?

And so the 94-97's have different door panels, dash and center console.

 

I'm no guru on interior pieces but all those parts you mention will interchange from 93-02 f-bodies.

 

Yea my 94s interiour is almost the same as my friends 00....exept the steering wheel
