How the hell do you replace the plug in the 8 hole! Gives me a nervous breakdown every time I think about it.

I put the Autolite xp iridium#xp5245 and car seems to like them better.. but now the dang rear end went out! well the pinion seal is leaking and i got a grinding noise... So havent really got to run the car with the new plugs! so time to rebuild the rear end with 3.73!!! it never ends!! lol
