magnaflow/flowmaster merge (if you have a good exhaust shop)
3000-3600 stall
you can exchange your stock tb for a ported one for about 60 (ls member or ebay, i got mine from photz racing)
3.73 gears

how to make 400Hp Here is what I did, car makes 395hp and 378tq at the wheels and passes the tough NYS emissions test
New Era street sweeper cam package
ported tb
underpully
SLP LT's, slp y Pipe and cats
Percision 3000 stall (car has A4)
good dyno tune
down the line to help put that power on the road, Moser 12 bolt with 3.73s, stage 2 shift kit and good torque arm
You don't have to get fancy to achieve your HP goal, stick with the tried and true upgrades

if ur just going for 400 flywheel hp it shouldnt be hard at all and fairly cheap, when i got my car dyno tuned beforethe turbo install, all i had was hooker LTs, ORY and borla cat back with moser 9inch 3.70s and an aftermarket air filter assembly and i put down 332rwhp and 344rwt, that with rear suspension mods and 315s it was a blast and i was beatin anything i lined up with, including friends 16psi lighting. if i went with the LS6 intake and a new TB and maybe other things here and there im sure id be some were around 350rwhp
