engine sounds like its choking out?

engine sounds like its choking out? So I don't really know what to think here, fuel pump, or maybe some sensor?
It doesn't do this all the time either but..I start the car, can drive it maybe 1/4 mile, then all of a sudden when i try to give it gas it sounds like its being choked out, not getting gas or something. I shut the car off turn it back on and its fine the rest of the time
I took a quick cell video to hopefully hear what im talking about. any ideas??

I actually JUST replaced the fuel filter on saturday, its been doing it before that, and still doing it. Possibly the lines or the pump? Other than that id have to assume a sensor, but no codes are being thrown. I can prolly get a better video tomorow with my camera to help find the problem
