cheap programer?

cheap programer? Im buying aftermaeket wheels that are bigger than stock. But want to keep the stockers for all season tires. If there a programmer I can buy that I can use to make my speedo match the wheel size?

I think any of the hand held tuners would allow you to change tire diameter. I know for sure that Hypertech will. You could probably pick one up used for a decent price.
You only need to retune the speedo if you're changing overall tire diameter though, not just wheel diameter. For example, a 245/50/16 tire is almost the same exact height as a 275/40/17, and there would be no need for tuning to change from one to the other.
