Newbie looking for advice "L33""

I have a 5.3l l33 with 799 heads would like to add cam for sound, with 4l60 trans, this is going in a jeep wrangler daily driver would like to have 400+hp any advise would great!! This is a budget build...

You're not going to get 400rwhp out of a 5.3l "budget" build. Give Thunder Racing a call and tell them what you're hoping to accomplish and see what they can do for you. They will get you as close as they can to your goal.
