Default 4:10 gears 4:11 gears???
whats the diff between these gears are simialar on a head cam and intake car on a 99 LS1??

They're technically the same. 4.10 gears fit a 10-bolt and 4.11 gears fit a 9".

There is no such thing as either.

It's 4.10 or 4.10:1, and 4.11 or 4.11:1.
