Well you stated you still have stock heads on the car so we are going with what you should do with your current mod list, if you gave us your plans for the future with heads like AFR 225s or something, I'm sure you would get different answers like going with the FAST 102 rather than the LS6.

you can find used bbk for $300 or less,and they are alittle better then a ls6.you can port a alum intake TB opening for a larger TB,80-85 mm 3 bolt design.

Found an LS6 intake w/ a P/P TB for 300 bucks so im going to go with that for now

You should notice a good gain without adding any extra weight to the front end. Im glad I went with the ls6. It still looks stock

you can retain your stock coolant lines ,you just need to remove the ribs on the under side of the intake.
