Happy New Year all! Hoping somebody can help me ID a throttle body. It came attached to a Corvette LS1 intake I got in a bundle of used LS parts I bought. The number on the TB is 25179793. I could not find this part number in the part number sticky. So I did a search on the entire forum and got no results. Also did a Google search. One result was a guy on Corvette forum also asking what TB it is, and there were no responses. I assume it's the stock TB for 98 Vette, but would like to verify. Thanks!

Here are some pics of the throttle body. After looking at some other pics on the forum, I'm guessing this is a DBW TB, which would go along with a Corvette application. I don't want to mess with DBW. To get cable drive, I basically have to get an F-body TB, right? An F-body TB should bolt up to this Vette LS1 intake (1255633), right?

Sorry for the angle of the pics. This is my first time posting pics on the forum. Not sure what happened there, but hopefully you can see the type of TB with these.

A f body throttle body will bolt up to a corvette intake fine

You are right that is a DBW TB and yes a F-body TB will bolt up to an intake on a Corvette.

Thanks for the info guys! I'll start my search for a good f-body tb. Anybody wanta buy a Corvette dbw tb?? Lol...

Their are several people selling TB's on the classifieds on here. It's worth taking a look.
