FTP lid Install question???

I am trying to install my 98mm FTP lid, but I just realized it doesn't have a hole for the IAT sensor. Am I suppose to drill a hole on it or will the IAT no longer be necessary? Thanks guys for your input.

Two choices... drill a hole on it or get a GM 85mm MAF with IAT sensor included and just get a harness to make it work. Ws6store, IIRC sells the 3 to 5 pin harness.

OK I bought an SLP 85mm MAF as well. So is the adapter harness pretty much the IAT sensor and MAF sensor in one? What should I do with the IAT harness if it will no longer be useful?

with the SLP MAF, you still need an adapter harness like mentioned above. with the adapter harness in place you will use the IAT in the MAF instead of an external one in the lid.
