Default valve cover removal

I know this topic has probably been beeten to death but today I had a idea of painting my valve covers and coil packs but I started doing it and I look at the pasanger side and its a cluster f*** is there a thread or anything about taking these off ?

take coil bracket off. take valve cover off.

get ready to get your hands cut up the last bolt close to the firewall is a pita i just left mine off last time i took it off

Should take you literally no more than 10 minutes to pull BOTH.

Yea passenger Side can be a pain if you have never done it before. It's still easy. Unplug your wires from coils and the wiring harness for the coils. Take the coil bracket bolts out, the rear is a pain but flexible ratchet wrench works the best. Then just pull all the bracket off and all the coils will come off with it. Then all you got it the valve cover bolts and there you have it.

I've never seen a write-up on here but its a fairly simple taste. If your unsure I would just take your time, take one bolt off at a time and make some kind of note where it goes. It's really not as bad as it looks,

id give you tips, but mines a lt1. Take lots of pictures and dont be afraid to disconnect and remove everything in the way.
