Default rings or valve seals

looking to buy a 2000 t/a. on cold start doesnt smoke runs strong. on a warm start it puts out a decent puff of blue smoke. ran a compression check and they all are around 140-150. does this sound a little low. hoping it jus the valve seals and not rings. thanks

How many miles? 140-150 might be a little low for compression and if youre positive it doesnt smoke on cold starts that usually means the seals are still doing there job check out your pcv system to ensure its not passing too much oil due to a stuck pcv valve
