Be a bit more specific. Are talking about the daytime running lights? If so, you can get to them from either to top or bottom, no need to remove the whole front bumper.

I figured from the bottom,but I'm still a little shell shocked from a 20hr motor mount session with my car. So I'll remove the bottom splash guard go from there.

there is a drop down panel in front of the tire with 2 screws hold it up. Drop this down and you can reach in to the housing from the bottom. And no, you cant see anything, and its a long reach. It takes me several minutes to just change the bulb.

To change the bulbs is the easy part. I wanna change the entire housing and everything. Unless someone makes a replacement front clear lens.
