Stock MAF has an ID of 74mm and an OD of 85mm

The "85mm" Z06 MAF has an ID of 90mm and an OD of 96mm

There are 5.25 to 4" and 4.5" adapters. i see off the top of my head. i personally have access to a CNC machine so id have a 4.5" to 92mm aluminum Maf housing made for mine to house an LS3 Maf card. ill see if i cant get the part number for a 5.25" to 4" coupling. can you confirm the circumference of the bellow opening for me?

http://www.fernco.com/dimensional-dr...s-1002/1002-43

This should work on the Lid side, and has a 3.38" outlet wich should work perfect for an 85mm Maf off a truck or an aftermarket 85mm Maf just soak it in hot water and push it on the lid and clamp it and then clamp the maf side while its still hot and let it cool and it should hold its form pretty good

The problem is that the stock Blackwing bellow is only 2 3/8" long, from lid to bellow. This Fernco one is 4" long. If it's any longer you'll have issues getting the back 4 tabs to bite into the lower air box assembly.

same concept applies for the boiling.... once it soaks in boiling water it nearly belts it... it will hold almost any form it cools in...
