Question will a 2007 LQ4 fit in my camaro?

like the title says.. will it? will it bolt on to a T56? any issues that might pop up with the swap? ive read around that the latest one that could fit was the 06 one..

Search is your friend man, you will find everything you need to know about the swap/what will work what wont etc,

Yes, dimensionally they are the same size! T56 should mate up with no problems as well. Just be aware of the different crank and cam signals that GM used starting in mid '07. if you have the newer style 58x crank and 4x cam gear, you can run that Lingenfelter conversion box to enable your PCM to read and use those signals. If it's 24X on the crank, you're good to go without that box.

believe me, ive searched to the point that almost every single post was almost the same as the last one.. and theres like a gazillion posts to go thru so posting became my new friend haha but thank you..

@matt: thanks ill look into that, i already have an lq swap just that it has its share of miles.. i was looking into the 05 or 06, but i saw an 07 up for sale.. for the 05-06, should those be good without the box?
