exploded trunions I just finished a cam, springs, and push rod swap and on start up 7 of 16 rocker arms exploded the trunions (? Spelling) any advice add to why and how to prevent

I'd want to know why they "exploded" before just throwing the Comp upgrade kit in them. How did you torque the rockers down? How much piston to valve clearance did you have?
