Default exploded trunions

I just finished a cam, springs, and push rod swap and on start up 7 of 16 rocker arms exploded the trunions (? Spelling) any advice add to why and how to prevent

I would throw comp cam trunion kit on thoes rockers. They come with snap rings.to keep them comin apart an are suppose to be foot trunions

Thanks. looks like I get to do that after I pull the engine apart to get all those dang needles

Did you put them all back correctly? Those rockers arms don't exploded upon start up all of a sudden.

I'd want to know why they "exploded" before just throwing the Comp upgrade kit in them. How did you torque the rockers down? How much piston to valve clearance did you have?
