Definately go with LS6 intake, i wouldnt do anything more than a Ported TB and a stock MAF.. it would be a waste of money to get an aftermarket MAF and a big TB

It depends on what your goals are for the car. If you don't plan to do any more with the car, an LS6 manifold will work fine. If you really want to let the engine breathe, such as eventually doing a head/cam set-up, why not just go to a FAST intake with a matching TB and MAF now. I've always felt that if you have to purchase an intake anyways, just forget the LS6 and go straight to the FAST. It will allow you more room to grow in the future. Of course, you'll also be leaving power on the table by running those 1 3/4" headers instead of the 1 7/8".

For what you have right now the LS6 intake will work great. I would stick with the stock throttle body but you can look into the SLP 85mm MAF. They are worth a few horsepower for not a ton of money on a setup like that. The car would need to be retuned for the larger MAF though.
