Are you planning to notch your pistons for valve clearance?

That's a lot of cam duration for your compression ratio.

I wouldn't run less than .035" quench, which will require at least a .042" thick gasket. Too tight of quench can allow the piston to hit the head and damage the top ring land.

I prefer stock head gaskets for best quench.

If you want more compression I would mill the heads. Milling them to 61cc will give you around 11:1 compression.

I prefer cams in the 231-235 intake duration range and about 8 degree split from intake to exhaust. This type of cam will have the piston to valve clearance that you need and will make great average power and very good peak power also.

I hope this helps!

You can play with head gasket, but keep the clearance from the top of the piston to the head (quench distance) to at least .035" It's important to get an accurate measurement of how far the piston protrudes from the block.

I don't see any way that your cam will clear stock pistons without notching them.

You should be able to make over 440rwhp with a smaller cam like I described and have your valves clear your pistons.
