how many miles have you driven? May take a little bit for all the monitors to be "ready"

You may not have met the required distance/time for the monitors to become active. My old truck had a bad o2 and it would take quite a while before it would throw a code.

Usually when I reset mine, if they are still there, it'll take about 50-75 miles or about 1 hour of drive time for all the monitors to gt a ready status from inc.
