Default Painted ls block
I like the look of a painted block but will I lose power or is there any downsides to painting my block

Depends on the color. lol jk you wont loose any power, just make sure you cover all the ports well and you use high temp paint. A lot of degreaser too to clean it up.

No downsides that I can think off, just prep the block good and take your time and it should turn out good.
