I've had the Harlan for Years now. I wouldn't want anything else. the versatilty of it, the programmability, and the stealth of it is unmatched. My personal favorite spot: in the Vent on the a-pillar. Perfect little snug fit, and shines perfectly into line of sight w/o blinding you. I highly reccomend it.

This is kinda like asking which lid is better.

 

Go with the Raptor man. You will get it in like 2-3 days rather then some weeks it takes harlan to get his out. Plus the raptor is Smaller, a helluva lot easier to set what rpms to put it at. My friend Chris has a Harlan and recommended me to get the Raptor , when he saw my Raptor ,he actually said " i might order one of those, thats alot nicer then Harlans"
